Shipping policy

Lineage Motorcycles packs and ships orders Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.  We know you want your order shipped quickly and we make every effort to ship within 2-3 business days of receiving an order.  

We ship to street addresses, not PO boxes, in the continental US.  At present, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii and we do not ship internationally.

We have many items in stock but some items may not be in stock at the time an order is placed.  We are constantly replenishing our inventory and in the event an ordered item is not in stock at the time of order, we will ship it out as soon as we are able.  Manufacturer and distributor delays can happen for a variety of reasons and if we expect more than a 10-business-day delay in our ability to ship an order, we will let you know by email or phone call.  In-stock items will be held until the entire order is ready for shipment unless the delay will be more than one week in which case we may at our discretion ship in-stock items first and ship delayed items when we receive them.  In those instances, no additional shipping charges will be incurred. 

Any item that we manufacture may require extra time for production before being shipped.  We endeavor to ship items we manufacture within one week of receiving the order.

Lineage Motorcycles ships by Ground Economy, with tracking.  We ship via UPS or USPS at our discretion, and charge flat rate shipping based on estimated packaged weight and size of the total order.  Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Lineage Motorcycles is not responsible for damage during shipment.  We ask customers to please open and inspect items for damage as soon as possible after receipt and advise us of any damage.  If it is suspected that items were damaged during shipment, you must make any claim directly with the carrier.   Lineage Motorcycles would like to be kept informed of your claim and we will help in any way we can but, again, we are not responsible for damage or loss during shipment and will not refund or re-ship any lost or damaged goods.
