Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing from Lineage Motorcycles. We sell high quality products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you have any question about a product before purchasing, please send us a message and we'll do our best to answer your questions before you decide to buy.
If you complete a purchase and are dissatisfied please send us a message and we'll do our best to resolve your issue.
Regarding potential returns, please read the following carefully before sending anything back to us:
- No return can be made without a Return Authorization from Lineage Motorcycles.
- Any request for return must be made within 30 days of you having received the product from us.
- Any return shipment must be made within 10 days of us providing you with a Return Authorization.
- Returned items must be returned in their original packaging.
- No equipment can be returned if the factory seal on any box has been broken. This would include but is not limited to Motogadget items, Antigravity batteries and chargers, Rick's Motorsport Electronics items.
- Mikuni carburetors are returnable subject to terms herein. Mikuni carburetor parts are not returnable.
- Custom orders, including custom carburetor jetting, are not returnable.
- Items listed on our website as "Open box" or "Used" and/or found in the "Open box" or "Second-time-around" sections of our website are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.
- No item that has been used, tested, or installed even if only temporarily can be returned.
- Lineage Motorcycles will inspect all returned items for use or damage before issuing any refund and reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund on any item we determine has been damaged or shows any sign of having been installed or tested.
- Lineage Motorcycles is not responsible for return shipping charges and is not liable for any damage incurred during a return shipment.
- Lineage Motorcycles will not refund initial shipping charges.
- If Lineage Motorcycles determines a refund is due, we will endeavor to complete the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
If you have installed an item and find it defective in materials or workmanship, a Manufacturer's Warranty may apply. Please consult the literature enclosed with the item or any web links supplied by the manufacturer when you received the product to see how a warranty issue is to be handled. If you have questions, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Ultimately it is the Manufacturer's terms and policies that will apply in any case of suspected defects in materials or workmanship.
If you purchase any item manufactured by Lineage Motorcycles and find it defective in materials or workmanship, let us know and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Lineage Motorcycles does not warrant that any item purchased, whether manufactured by Lineage Motorcycles or others, will keep you safe when riding a motorcycle or operating any vehicle or equipment. As always, please use caution and ride safe.
